Team Workshops

We deliver engaging, practical workshops designed to support athletes, coaches, and teams in developing the mental skills needed to thrive in sport. Whether you're a club, school, academy, or organisation, I offer sessions that are either tailored to your current needs or focused on common challenges in performance environments.

Sessions are interactive, grounded in evidence-based approaches, and designed to give participants practical tools they can take away and use immediately. Workshops are ideal for teams looking to reconnect, refocus, or take their performance to the next level — whether that’s on the pitch, in training, or beyond sport.

How Does It Work?

We offer workshops, webinars, and talks for clubs, schools, academies, organisations, and companies — all designed to develop the mental side of performance. Sessions can be selected from a range of pre-designed topics (listed below), or we can work with you to create a bespoke workshop that addresses the specific needs of your athletes, staff, or team culture.

 

Workshops are engaging, practical, and grounded in evidence-based sport psychology. Whether you're looking to improve confidence, focus, resilience, or team communication, each session provides actionable tools your group can start using straight away.

 

Workshops are priced individually based on travel and time required, but typically range from £75–£150.

Learn how to set meaningful, achievable goals that align with your values and performance ambitions. We’ll explore both short- and long-term planning, keeping your focus sharp and your motivation consistent throughout the season.

Managing Performance Anxiety
Perform with confidence, not fear.
We’ll tackle the roots of pre-performance nerves, overthinking, and pressure. Learn practical techniques to reduce anxiety, manage expectations, and shift into a more confident, composed mindset when it matters most.

 

Emotional Control & Resilience
Stay steady, no matter the situation.
Emotions play a big role in performance - but they don’t have to control it. Learn how to recognise emotional triggers, regulate frustration, and respond to setbacks with resilience, both in training and competition.

Motivation & Sustained Drive
Reconnect with your ‘why’ and fuel your performance.
Discover what truly drives you and how to stay motivated through highs, lows, and long seasons. We’ll look at both internal and external motivators, helping you maintain consistency without burning out.

 

Psychological Skills Training
Develop the mental edge to perform under pressure.
From visualisation and self-talk to attention control and pre-performance routines - psychological skills training gives athletes the tools to thrive in high-pressure moments. These sessions are practical, personalised, and based on what works for you and your sport.
